There is little information available on Cena’s Peacemaker, however, Gunn did tweet that “Peacemaker will be live-action and live-action. He will use a single-action shotgun. Action Jackson is his favourite motion picture. Just in case the Peacemaker character swallows it in The Suicide Squad, Gunn won’t even explain the timeframe.
